Dr. John Tardibuono "Dr. T", Ed.D

Dr. Tardibuono has been the practice supervisor for ICF since 2005, having many years of experience working in education, special education, and mental health services. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in School Psychology, and a Doctorate in School Psychology. Dr. Tardibuono is a Licensed Psychologist in Pennsylvania, and he holds certificates as a School Psychologist, Supervisor of Special Education, Supervisor of School Psychological Services, EMDR, Neurobiofeedback, and Theraplay. He is a member of the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies.

In addition to working with ICF staff and clients, Dr. Tardibuono has had a private practice since 1979 and is approved to provide Comprehensive and Clinical Examinations for the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation and the Bureau of Disability Determination. Dr. Tardibuono is also a retired School Psychologist, having worked for 35 years in the School District of Lancaster. He also served as an Adjunct Instructor at both Pennsylvania State University and Millersville University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Tardibuono is an active member of his local community and has been serving on the Board of Directors of Salud Hispana since 1998, the Masonic Learning Center, and the Youth Violence Prevention Committee. He has also worked with the City/County Human Relations Commission, Professional Advisory Committee to Lancaster Children and Youth, State Advisory Committee for the Gifted, The PA Governor’s Task Force on Early Childhood Education, Mental Health America of Lancaster (previous Board Member), Urban League of Lancaster, Lancaster Jaycee’s (previous Board Member ), and S. June Smith Center for Exceptional Children (previous Board Member). He has given countless presentations for professionals and lay persons across the state, and has provided services as a first responder for post Hurricane Katrina victims and as a Critical Incident Stress Manager (CISM ) for victims of a local Amish shooting in 2006.
